This is a place for me to catalog, document and showcase my robotics project. This wiki is currently quite sparse, but it should be filling in as I continue building and experimenting with everything.

For now, the project is just an RC car with a gumstix verdex as a brain. Some of the components on it are:

• GPSstix expansion board
• netwifimicroSD expansion board
• Arduino Mini as an I/O helper and secondary processor
• Two SRF-02 sonar modules
• An SRF-10 sonar module
• Devantech SD-21 servo controller
• Matrix Orbital LK162-12 16x2 LCD screen
• Sabertooth 2X10 regenerative motor controller
• Acroname USB-Serial interface
• Homemade ghetto-fabulous Optical Encoder

Most of the sensors reside on a single I2C bus for communication with the motherboard.

Everything currently resides on a Traxxas Rustler with surprisingly few modifications.
